Enham Trust is a disability charity organization managed by a team of executives, Trustees and advisory groups. It works with more than 8,500 persons every year, giving them hope and improved independent living.
The organization is led by the Board of Trustees who themselves are experienced and skilled volunteers. The executive Board reports to the Trustees. The current patron of the body is HRH, The Duchess of Gloucester GCVO while Simon Weston OBE is the current celebrity ambassador.
For about 100 years, Enham Trust has assisted over 250,000 disabled persons to choose and live the life they want. Enham has since been of great assistance to training force men who became disabled after the Great War of the early 19th-century era.
Enham Provides a wide range of training services and provides employment and skill training for the disabled.

2. Personal Support And Care Services For Young Adults And Children

The Move program is an innovative program designed for this purpose. Enham ensures adequate support and provides activity group that is innovative for children to engage in.

Since 2008, Enham Trust has been making provision for information, guidance, and advice to persons with personal health budgets and direct payments. This program is intended for persons who long to remain independent still in their homes but would care to know the care and support available to them via direct payment or fund their own care.
Enham has special advisers to help manage your budget. The organization will handle it from the scratch by first picking an agency, make recruitment, interview and handle all management aspects or provide the answers to the questions you have on Direct Payment.

4. Enham Care

At Enham, it is a mix of support and care. From the specially designed homes right to the new respite care services and interactive day services, you are sure of adequate personalized care.

5. Day Services And Leisure

Enham provides Day services with lots of activities you can choose from. If you intend to add new skills to what you already have or take up a sport, try something new, the Day Services are there for all. The Day service for disabled adults and older people is located in Enham Alamein Village. To socialize and make new friends, you can get along well with this service from Enham Trust.

Skills and employment programs are offered for disabled across East and south of England including short courses.

Yearly, not only does Enham provides assistance to the disabled but also extends its care to the disadvantaged in the society to get trained and find jobs. The service is put together to help the people with or without a disability to build their skills for job opportunities. Through the employment and Skills programs, Enham gives career guidance to participants through the employment and skills program. 16 to 19-year-olds are given the opportunity to gain work experience through the Skills2Achieve program before going for employment at the mainstream.
Skills and employment programs are offered for disabled across East and south of England including short courses.

7. Work Programme

The work program  by Enham Trust helps employment seekers to find employment. It provides a stepwise method to help participant through proper CV writing, build confidence and go for job openings with adequate interview preparation.

8. Work Choice

Enham’s Work Choice enables persons with disability to get a sort of employment that is designed to unlock a career of the future. This is done by helping the participant to work in various sectors of the economy before going for mainstream employment.
